Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All Girlie Co. products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because each item is custom-produced when you place your order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, we're happy to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@girlieco.com with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

• A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

Shipping Policy

Production Time

Because our products are made to order, please allow 2-7 business days for production before your item ships. Production times may vary by product and during peak seasons.

Shipping Times

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the United States after production is complete. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or on orders over a qualifying amount.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally soon.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Girlie Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at hello@girlieco.com — if the order hasn't entered production yet, we can update it.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple products, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers. You will receive tracking information for each package.
